Šolta is an island in Croatia. It is situated in the Adriatic Sea in the central Dalmatian archipelago, west of the island of Brač, south of Split.
Maslinica is 1 of 8 settlements on the island Šolta. It is also the only settlement and port on the west side of Šolta. Southern side of Maslinica has an archipelago with seven islets and in its vicinity we can find Šešula bay. These two spots rank Maslinica as one of the best spots in Adriatic! Old stone houses, pine trees, beaches and old fishermen's boats make this place a tiny paradise.
